LDA says two Lahore underground parking plazas near completion
Grey structure at Neela Gumbad is complete and finishing work is underway on three basement levels, while Nasir Bagh's grey structure is fully finished.

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has reported significant progress on two underground parking plaza projects in Lahore, saying both are nearing completion.
At the Neela Gumbad underground parking plaza, the grey structure is complete and workers are now carrying out finishing work across all three underground basement levels. The LDA posted the update on its official X account on September 19, describing the development work as moving quickly.
At the Nasir Bagh underground parking plaza, the LDA said the grey structure is 100 percent complete. The grey structures of both underground basement levels have been finished, and finishing work is continuing day and night at the site. The authority posted this update on September 20.
The LDA said the projects are progressing under Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz's development vision. It did not give a date for opening either facility, but said construction is moving toward completion.
The two plazas are intended to add underground parking capacity in crowded parts of Lahore. The Neela Gumbad facility has three underground basement levels, while the Nasir Bagh facility has two. The LDA has not released further details about the number of vehicles the plazas will hold or the total cost of the work.
ProPakistani carried the LDA's updates. The authority has been publicising progress on urban infrastructure projects through its social media accounts.
