Graduates from Kech, Gwadar and Panjgur received certificates under the Balochistan government's RISE Programme at IRM.

ISLAMABAD: Seventy-two young women from Balochistan’s Kech, Gwadar and Panjgur districts have completed professional training in beautician and cosmetology at the Institute of Rural Management in Islamabad, the Associated Press of Pakistan reported on Thursday.
The graduates received their certificates at a ceremony held at the IRM Complex. Provincial Minister for Education Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani attended the event as chief guest.
The training was organised under the RISE Programme, which is funded by the Government of Balochistan. The APP dispatch said the women completed the course in beautician and cosmetology.
The report, dated September 24, stated that certificates were distributed among the graduates at the IRM Complex. It identified the trainees as young women from the three southern Balochistan districts of Kech, Gwadar and Panjgur.
The Institute of Rural Management is located in Islamabad, where the certification ceremony took place. The state-run news agency carried the report from the federal capital.
The APP did not provide further details in the published excerpt about the duration of the course, the trainers, or any remarks made at the ceremony.
The training was one of several activities under the Balochistan government’s RISE Programme, which funds skills development for young people in the province, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
