Bugti stresses human resource capacity for Balochistan's development
The chief minister made the remarks during a meeting with Institute for Development Studies and Practices head Dr Quratulain Bakhteari.

Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has said that building human resource capacity is fundamental to the province's sustainable development.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Dr Quratulain Bakhteari, head of the Institute for Development Studies and Practices (IDSP), the Associated Press of Pakistan reported on Thursday.
The APP report did not provide further details of the meeting, including where it took place or what specific proposals were discussed.
The state-run agency also reported, in a separate item, that Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhary Salik Hussain addressed an event organised by the Employers' Federation of Pakistan at a local hotel. No details of his remarks were included.
The two engagements came as officials at both the federal and provincial levels spoke about human resource development as a priority. Balochistan has long faced shortages of skilled workers, and provincial governments have repeatedly called for investment in education and vocational training to support economic growth.
