Kaleemullah's four goals give Pakistan 6-1 win over Tonga
The Shaheens recovered from conceding a sixth-minute penalty to record their first victory at the FIFA Under-15 World Cup and Festival in Azerbaijan.

Pakistan thrashed Tonga 6-1 at the FIFA Under-15 World Cup and Festival 2026 in Azerbaijan, Kaleemullah scoring four goals as the Shaheens recorded their first win of the tournament.
Tonga were awarded a penalty in the sixth minute and took the lead, a decision the Express Tribune described as coming against the run of play. Pakistan were level within a minute, Kaleemullah converting from the spot, and he put them ahead in the 13th minute, heading in a cross from the right.
The forward completed his hat-trick with another penalty in first-half stoppage time. After the break he scored his fourth, heading home at the far post from a kick-in on the left.
Maqbool added the fifth with a long-range strike that gave the goalkeeper no chance, and Mustafa completed the scoring with a composed finish at the end of a move down the left. Both reports said Pakistan kept creating chances and could have added to the total, their movement and finishing overwhelming Tonga after the early scare.
Pakistan Football Federation president Syed Mohsen Gilani attended the match and encouraged the players before kick-off. After the final whistle he congratulated the squad, saying it had become the first Pakistani team to record a victory on the FIFA World Cup stage, and praised the team management and coaching staff for preparing the players.
Gilani said facing teams from different regions was valuable experience for this group of footballers and expressed the hope that more such opportunities would follow.
Daily Times carried the match details citing a team press release. Neither report named Pakistan's next opponent in the tournament or gave the crowd at the venue.
