KP CM Afridi issues video message before Lahore PTI march
Tapmad and Aaj News reported the statement came ahead of another street movement in Lahore today.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has issued a video message ahead of a planned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf street movement in Lahore, according to Aaj News and Tapmad.
The outlets reported on 22 September that Afridi released the statement before what Tapmad described as another PTI street movement in Lahore today. Aaj News listed the development under the headings Sohail Afridi, PTI Long March, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Political Statement.
Neither report's retrievable text included the contents of the video message, the number of participants expected, or the route of the march. The reports did not say whether Afridi would lead the protest personally or address it remotely.
Skardu Times could not independently confirm the video message or the street movement. No further details were immediately available.
