Three bank employees found unconscious in Karachi branch
Police say two of them were lying inside the Soldier Bazar branch and one outside, and smoke from the bank's generator is the suspected cause.

Three employees of a private bank in Karachi's Soldier Bazar were found unconscious at the branch and taken to Jinnah Hospital, police said, with a station house officer naming smoke from the bank's generator as the suspected cause.
The three were identified as Raza, 30, Sarmat, 42, and Nadeem, 35, Express News reported, adding that police were informed and moved them to the hospital in a Chhipa ambulance.
Soldier Bazar police station's Station House Officer Waqar Azim said the men were the branch's manager, operations manager and cashier. When police arrived, two of them were lying unconscious inside the bank and one outside, he said.
Azim said no food or drink was found inside the bank.
According to Express News, the bank's guard told police that smoke from the branch's generator had been getting into the building for several days and that its smell could be felt inside.
The officer said he noticed the smell himself when he went into the bank, and that police suspect the smoke caused the three men to lose consciousness.
Azim said police were still investigating the incident and had not confirmed what caused it.
Jinnah Hospital made no immediate statement on the condition of the three men.
How the reports differ
Express News named the three employees and their ages, quoted Station House Officer Waqar Azim on their roles and on the absence of food or drink inside the branch, and carried the guard's account of generator smoke. UrduPoint's published report was confined to its headline and standfirst, which said three people including the manager were taken to hospital from a private bank and that two were found inside and one outside.
